We recommend that you change every 4-6 hours, or more often if needed. Organic tampons work just like traditional ones, only without unnecessary additives.
Of course! Our Super tampons and Night pads are designed to provide extra protection during movement, exercise, and high activity. They stay in place – you take care of the rest.
A pad should be changed every 3-6 hours depending on flow. Our pads are made of soft organic cotton that keeps you dry and comfortable, but as always: listen to your body and change when it feels right.
Absolutely! Our Night pads are designed to provide longer, safer, and more comprehensive protection during the hours you sleep. Want to sleep with a tampon? Always follow the recommendation not to use a tampon for more than 8 hours.
Normally 2-7 business days depending on where you live and how fast the stars in our warehouse can pack your order. We always pack as quickly as we can (with love and tape that never stops sticking to our hands).
Contact our customer service and we will help you immediately! Sometimes an item may be out of stock or separated in logistics - we investigate, resolve, and send what is missing as soon as possible.
We can sometimes change an order if it has not yet been packed, so please contact customer service as soon as you can!
Once the package has been shipped, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to adjust the order, but you can of course use your return right once you have received the package.

Så snart din beställning skickats får du ett mejl med spårningslänk och leveranstiden är normalt 2-7 arbetsdagar.

You always have a 30-day return policy.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition for hygiene reasons.
To make a return:
1. Contact our customer service before sending anything back.
2. Clearly label the return with your order number.
3. Send the item back with a trackable shipment.
4. The return shipping cost is paid by you as the customer.
5. When we have received and approved the product, your purchase will be refunded - using the same payment method you used.
Right now we are shipping within Sweden, but more markets are on the way. Stay tuned - Blair is going global.
If a package is not picked up, you will be charged an administrative fee (150 SEK) to cover shipping and handling according to our terms of purchase.
Do you want to cancel your purchase? Pick up the package first and then return it - otherwise it will be considered an unannounced return and we cannot register it correctly.
